If you are experiencing a bug: First make sure that you are using the current version of our software. Click on Help/About to learn which version you have, Then visit our download page. If the version there is newer, download it and see if it fixes the problem.

In most cases when a bug occurs, the program error checker will intercept the error and as what you doing just prior to the bugs occurrence. The information you enter becomes part of fserror.log which tell us what the program was doing just before the bug occurred. It will help us a lot, if you email this log file to us.

To file a Bug Report click here. This will start your email program with the correct email address already entered. Be sure to attached the fserror.log file to your e-mail. (Just click on the Paper Clip Icon , then navigate to the PacRimDps directory and click on the fserror.log file.)
